What is Managed Nextcloud?
Your own Nextcloud on your domain – for files, calendars, contacts and working on documents together. We install it after you order, set up background jobs and Nextcloud Office and install updates automatically every night.
What happens if an update goes wrong?
Before every update we back up the program files and the database. If Nextcloud doesn't run cleanly afterwards, we roll back to the previous state automatically. Your files themselves are not changed by the update.
How many users can I create?
As many as you need – the limits are the plan's storage and performance. For many simultaneous users and lots of document editing we recommend the larger plan.
Do the Nextcloud apps for phone and computer work?
Yes. You sign in to the official Nextcloud apps (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS) with your address – calendars and contacts can be added to other programs via CalDAV/CardDAV.
Do I have full access?
Yes. You are the administrators of your Nextcloud and can add apps from the Nextcloud app store. As with web hosting, you also have access to files, database, backups and SFTP.
