All prices are final prices – as a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT. The club price applies to your contract for good – even after the approval expires. Cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers.
How to get the club price
1. Create an account
Free and with no obligation – ideally with one of the club's email addresses.
2. Upload proof
In the customer portal under "Student/club discount": an extract from the register of associations or the tax office's exemption notice.
3. Order
After our team has checked it, you can order the club package for 12 months. We delete the proof afterwards.
FAQ
Who gets the club price?
Registered and non-profit clubs. An extract from the register of associations or the tax office's exemption notice is enough as proof.
Does Hoster.gg accept donations for us?
No. The donation section shows your bank details with a GiroCode and links to your own donation pages (e.g. PayPal). The money goes straight to your club – you issue donation receipts yourselves.
Can several board members maintain the website?
Yes. Invite more people to the website – as editors, reviewers or commenters only. If you like, nothing goes live without approval.
What happens when the board changes?
You can add and remove people in the team at any time. To change the contracting party, contact support.
Do we need a legal notice and privacy policy?
Yes. The legal texts assistant in the editor creates templates matching your website's features – please check them, they are not legal advice.
