Principles
How we proceed
Only with a legal basis
We only disclose data if an authority cites a legal basis and is competent. We reject blanket requests.
As little as necessary
We only disclose the data specifically requested and available. Contents of mailboxes or files only if a court orders it or a law explicitly requires it.
We review every report individually
Anyone can report abuse via the report form . We inform affected customers without naming the person who reported.
If an authority legally obliges us to keep a request confidential, we only count it once that is permitted.
