FAQ
What's included in the base price?
Design and build of up to 5 pages (e.g. home, services, about us, contact, legal notice and privacy policy), optimised for smartphone and desktop, contact form, SSL certificate and a walkthrough. Plus, for the first year: Web hosting Starter, Business Mail Starter and a .de domain.
What does it cost from the second year?
Web hosting, Business Mail and domain then continue as normal contracts – €66.79 per year in total. You can cancel each contract at the end of the first year. You pay for the website design itself only once.
How does working together work?
After ordering you fill in a short briefing in the customer portal (offering, target audience, desired pages, colours, examples). We build the website and send you a preview. You approve it or tell us what to change – then it goes live.
How long does it take?
Standard: ready in 2 weeks after your complete briefing. With express in 5 working days.
Can I edit the website myself afterwards?
Yes. We build the website so you can update texts and images yourself, and show you how.
What are the industry packages?
Ready-made bundles for hospitality, trades, practices, clubs, real estate as well as photographers and creatives – with the pages and features that are usual in the industry, at a fixed price. You can add more pages or features in the configurator.
What is the care package?
For €39.00 a month we change texts, images, opening hours or offers on your website – up to 1 hour a month, unused time expires. It's a separate contract, cancellable monthly. Just send your requests via a support ticket.
Do you write the texts too?
Yes, if you like – choose “Copywriting” in the configurator. Otherwise send us your texts and we'll add them.
Are the legal notice and privacy policy legally watertight?
We create the mandatory pages with your details and help with template texts. This isn't legal advice – have the texts checked by a lawyer if needed.
I already have a domain – does that work too?
Yes. Add it to the note. You still pick a .de domain in the configurator (included) – and if you like we'll also connect your existing domain to the web hosting.
